We are looking for an Architect having a flair for design and detailing, coupled with a working knowledge of AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have a key eye for detail with respect to building design and details and must be adept at meeting deadlines.

• Provide AutoCAD design support for all the company’s upcoming projects.
• Preparing Architectural working drawings, detail drawings, architectural layouts, construction documents & Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.
• Ability to interpret the vision of the senior project team members and translate it into a technical drawing using AutoCAD based on given specifications and calculations.
• Responsible for completion of all layout drawings, architectural drawings, design drawings, Service Drawings, Sections, Perspectives/Elevations, Floor plans.

• 3+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Architect.
• Ability to develop efficient designs in collaboration with decision makers.
• Detail oriented person with effective communication skills.

• End to End legal due diligence of various properties acquired by the Company.
• Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports.
• Coordinating with external advocates for obtaining legal opinion.
• Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support business.
• Coordinating with panel of advocates, legal experts and other institutions for obtaining legal opinion for project approvals.
• Handling queries raised by customers/advocates with regard to projects.
• Should be well versed with drafting with Memorandum of Undertaking, Joint Development Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements and other deeds in relation to property.

• An LLB Degree.
